I haven't played stars in 3 years (April 2016) and I ended up here in an unplanned way. I won the stars seat for my frat and no one wanted to go in lmao! I was not mentally prepared for the hell stars turns out to be, especially when you are on the outs. Looking at the cast I recognized some names but only was familiar with 3 other people. Come to realize there were good friends that joined together...that left me constantly trying to break up their years of loyalty. So this group decided it was the best strategy to nominate me again and again and again 🤷🏻♀️ I was nominated 6 times and each time someone in the game would wake up and realize what was going on, but it was too late for them. Super flavor Kara was created and as I said goodbye to allies, I started taking out the very people that flavored me. OOPS! 👀
Yes, I was nominated a gazillion times and usually in minority, but I worked with the cards I was delt and kept fighting. There were victories for me like getting people to flip and nominate my biggest competition, the Ian/Becca duo. Love them, they're great people, but they had to go up. I was practically a free agent after Thirteen's eviction and continued to build relationships with the 7 others that remained. I worked to find the cracks and push at least a tie in the rounds it was possible. As people continued to get nominated against me I got to have many "I told you so" moments. They thought they were high on the premade totem pole, so they continued to be surprised when they'd sign on at dc and find themselves up 😵 This cast was determined to see me out the door but by flavoring me, things didn't work out so well for them 😜
Many great people have fallen in this game & although this game is stressful for everyone, I've enjoyed meeting everyone 💗 best of luck to Carlo & Bryce!
