The Tengaged_Moderation could add designs whenever they want to this shop (maybe one or two per week), which would have a lot of stocks (eg. 100) at low prices (I guess 100T$ is great).
There are two kinds of designs you can buy:
- Common ones: These designs won't sold out, you can buy them whenever you want and they will be there. Also, you can't gift anyone in this section.
- Limited ones: These designs should be added on special dates. Here you can buy Christmas or Halloween exclusives (such as those randomize added on 2012 - could even .gif designs be able to buy), etc. You can gift anyone in this section, but there are some limits: they can sold out (if they have stocks) or they can expire (after the clock goes zero - but if you bought, you will keep the design for you forever).

UPDATE: Please notice that these images only ilustrate the idea. The T_Mod won't be able to add design just as they wish, but they are gonna need permissions just as everybody does. The designer could get some profit (eg. 50T$ per design on the common shop) and whenever the T_Mod needs more designs, they could just create a blog asking it what they want.
Also, this doesn't break the regular shops, as it isn't possible to gift anyone with common designs, and the Limited Designs, as the name says, won't be able to people everytime.
I like the idea but I think some people who have tons of designs would not like it if noobs got them so easily. Maybe level limits for what you can buy?
I am in agreement with any change in the shops that allows players the option to buy a design for themselves. The current shops are not allowing that and really needs to be changed.
Love it but then again. Randomize might just not want to because that's the form of shop on Zwooper... This allows people to get designs a lot easier, the shops nowadays are all posted for 1T$ but they're gifted away to all the same people every time...
Oh, RaverKid, I didn't even think about Zwooper when I did that, lol.
But, seriously, this is not a copy at all, as a shopping like this exist in any other game.
I love it! I don't care that this is on Zwooper. I this really needs to happened. I'm so sick of the shop owners having a monopoly on what goes in the shops and how it is priced.
I like this idea but what designs could they post? would tengaged mods have to design new designs? yes because technically if they take someone else's it would go against their own rules. I don't know maybe the idea just needs to be more perfected.
The designs in the picture look like the normal designs in the shop. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of giving permission to post designs if tmod can just go and post whatever willy nilly.
However, I do really like the limited shop that can sell seasonal designs for Halloween and Christmas and such because I think that would be cool. But who would design all of this?
The designers should get profit if any of their designs are posted there... All of the eyes in the "Common" section belong to Wonderland, so it isn't right if Rando or T_Mod can just go in there and post her designs without her permission. They should be designs made by Rando or T_Mod if they are going to post them, unless a designer gives permission and gets profit.
I don't really like this idea, since it kind of defeats the purpose of shops, but whatever.
Sadly this idea has been pitched many times but Rando has never actually acted on it...Still think its what is best for Tengaged just as I did 2 years ago...
I think a way to get designs easier would be great, but I don't think randomize would do this. It defeats the purpose of shops. Maybe we should like separate gifting and competing shops, so like if you want a competing shop you pay a different amount and for a week you can post designs with unlimited stock and you would get T$ from it so it would profit you.
perhaps the shopping game could be changed too. instead of the shop owners posting designs for the public (which barely happens anymore), they could only use it to gift their friends and that's it. so the designs from the public could only be bought from this section.
I saw Diva1 agreed that changes should be made so I hope she lets randomize know about it
staymellow: Actually, those designs were given in events on Brazil. (world cup = 2010, for eg.)
The Wonderland eyes were just a example, I'm not a designer, so I couldn't make an eye just to ilustrate it.
To people who are asking how the designs would be created: It's simple - they create a blog, people apply to game sending them designs and the best ones gets to the shop, with the owner earning a few T$, like 50, or more.
plussed, i really hope rando take note of this, as just a little user trying to stalk shops to give a couple friends gift, its now beyond a joke and i kinda know each week i wont get anything.
maybe if we put this in place the shop owner would think about the wide tg community and not just the same friends they gift every week. as they know that to win in shops they need our support. great idea joao545 !!!!!!!
Good concept - but I don't like the idea of giving T-Mod more work right now. Plus every single thing that is brought to tengaged becomes a game. randomize is more about a capitalistic entrepreneur-friendly society than a socialist one. Why give access to all when you can monetize it for competition's sake?
