That you eventually hope to build or purchase, what are some specifications that are must haves? For me, I want
a.) 3 car garage. One spot for my truck, one spot for my future wife's SUV, and the third part for a bit storage and a mancave
b.) A large bathtub jacuzzi (bc i'm 6 foot 5 and can't lay in regular tubs)
c.) Gas stove !!
d.) A large backyard with enough room for a covered patio, pool, and my weather station LMFAO
e.) Smart home capabilities (not like extreme levels like u see on tv shows, but I want to be able to control the thermostat, lights, sound system)
f.) Security cameras
Other than that I'm not too picky on like the design or other specifications lmao i'll let my wife handle that
