7 years ago...on June 21st, 2011 my 13 year old happy ass searched the intraweb for a big brother site. Alas, I found tengaged, and the rest is history.
This is probably a cheesy blog post, but I'm really glad I found this site and this community. It provided me a "home" during the darker times of my life, especially in middle school and early in high school. Over the years, I've met tons of amazing people who I still consider good friends of mine to this day. Not only that, I've had tons of fun and entertaining days and nights from frookies to hunger games, to skype games and group calls, to tengaged group games and t-vivor. I've also learned alot throughout my experiences on here, even if it's just an "online site"
Over the past few couple of years, I've been much less active on here, as I've been busy with school, work, internships, extracurricular activities, and having genuine irl friends for the first time in my life. It's an interesting to look back and see how much I've grown over the years...from a 13 year old 7th grader and now here I am about to be a Junior in college. This website will always hold a special place in my heart simply due to how important it was once to me several years ago, along with all the memories I've made.
I can't tag everyone, but I'd like to mention some of my longtime friends on this site, even those who are long gone from tengaged, we still keep in touch via other methods. Thanks to everyone here on tengaged, even my sworn enemies over the years.
