How can identity development be promoted in middle adolescence (15-17 year olds)?
Give a specific example for each of the four funding options mentioned:
1) responsibility
2) Self-determination
3) Role playing
4) Multi-generation interaction

I would say that the main way here would be taking on further responsibilities when it comes to things they are interested in. Clubs, extracurriculars, and jobs are good examples.

1) Not only are they responsible for themselves they鈥檙e also responsible for being good role models, and that can lead to a stronger sense of self.

2) Once people realize how easy it can be to take care of themselves and others, they鈥檙e more likely to do it more, especially if the environment of what they鈥檙e interested is supportive.

3) Especially clubs, activities, and sports, being a leader is good practice in knowing ones form of communication and leadership style, which can lead to a better career opportunity or better parenting skills in the future.

4) All leaders in clubs and jobs and activities learn their skills from people older than them. Once we compare our identities to theirs, we can find the pros and cons of each generation through this interaction and change what needs to be changed in ourselves and for generations to come.

Now gift me, this is solid 馃槀
