How did Frank win it? I mean most of america hated Frank. Also how did he win when there was houseguests like Britney, Ian, Janelle, and Dan? It just proves that BB is partly rigged and Allison groadner loves Frank and we will see him again and it will be rigged 4 him again!

a lot of people voted for him.  Quit being a hater.  Britney didn't get many votes at all, surprisingly. 
Janelle & Jodi were Frank's only competition in getting that 25K.
