You do realize theres people out there who live in first world countries who go through some shit. I mean my sister was taken away from her parents at a young age becasue her dad tried to murder her mum and herself. Her mum then got addicted to drugs and died when my sister was still quite young. Her dads in prison and not getting out, I mean your just a prick get outta her

There are people on this site where go to therapy. Therapists tend to recommend venting your feelings instead of bottling them up
