iPhone question for y'all

I am 99% sure Snapchat is taking up 18.32 GB (no not MB) of my phone's space, and all 18.32 GB is labeled under "Other".
What do I do to knock down that "Other" bar down? (Or if you think it could be something else please comment.)
Ever since I've had Snapchat it's been been increasing dramatically.
(I've tried clearing my feed.)
