For one person aka me? I only eat one meal a day besides an apple and an orange (part of my fasting gig to a couple pounds) and I’m addicted to pasta. I hate it tho bc it looks like basically nothing before it boils and expands and I always put too much... so ima start measuring. What’s a not so calorific amount but also won’t leave me wanting seconds or snacking? 💜

They way i do it is by literally pouring the dry pasta into a bowel until it looks about the same as the amount i'd expect to eat when its cooked, and then i add that to the boiling water + a teeny bit more
