After this TRAGEDY has befallen me, I am deeply saddened. After starting my new computer, I want to reflect on this event and this song reminds me of what happened. While I casually send my emails, my computer suddenly BURSTS into flames (the police beating the man). I don’t know what to do besides run to what is close and dear to my heart afterwards to console myself from depression. The sirens are calling, and it ain’t good..
not the biggest taylor swift fan but ive been obsessed w this song for the past year because it reminds me of how much i’ve grown from feeling like i NEED someone that i just don’t.
sorry for the sad song, but i listen to this song everyday.
Forget about us is a song Kane has written in memory for his father. He didnt know how to feel when the news broke, and so he wrote a song about it. His father was an alcoholic and who was generally never there for him. I’ve struggled with similar alcohol abuse from my father, and by listening to this song, i am able to heal from the trauma he caused me and my family.
Honestly I don't know if this fits the theme but I discovered Winona's music in 2019 and she truly is an underrated artist that deserves so much better. I would go straight to her page to add back her songs to my library if I ever lost them.
