my roomate cant log in, i can get into mine just fine but she cant get in.
are they thinking that she is a multi because she uses my computer? thats screwed up,, why would someone not be able to have an account just because they HAVE to share a computer with someone that also has an account? im not sure this is the reason but she is still not able to get logged in, is anyone else having this problem?

anyone know how i can get help for her? i had her email the help@tengaged.com but still no answer, she is missing her games, does anyone know what to do?
