I think that it has a good message behind it of keeping people accountable and trying to better yourself with people who want you to do better, however the biggest flaw of cancel culture is how unforgiving it is. Cancel culture can make the most unproblematic people hate themselves for something they have actively shown and continue to show that they are better and don't approve of what they did in the past. I do think holding people accountable is important but we need to readdress hoe we cancel people. There is an extent where you can get tired of people who don't seem to want to change and that's your own call to make, but we shouldn't massively cancel people for one mistake without working with them to try and make the world a better place from a collective learning experience.
