Well The bullies are back in full force i see again. im not talking about the occasional name being called im talking about a group of people ganging up on one person. That is not called for and i see it a lot. Its really sad. There seems to be a frat for them apparently. If anyone knows of a bully post there name here. I am not liked on here because i stand up for the underdog. Thanks all
Heather I agree that bullying happens. This is a social website where people "act" in a game that is not real. People that play here have lives that they go on with when the game is over. Spending all your time standing up for these underdogs you speak of is just a waste of time, as those people probably are not being ganged up on at all. Some of what you see online as far as fighting is a ploy to cover alliances. I've done that and I know of several other people that do it as well. You also have people here that join games in order to sabotage them, or other people. The ones that get pissed off go after that person and call them names etc. The one who starts it sits back at their computer, laughing. Please try not to confuse all these things, as you are probably a good person.
BTW I am against being mean to an innocent person IRL or online because of a game outcome but if that person also wants to banter back and forth with you for entertainment sake, I see no problem with it and I don't think they need the bully-police around to tell them it isn't right.
some people on this site are just mean and bullies. I dont think that talking about molesting little boys and talking about an underage persons private parts funny in any way. Also constantly harrassing someone is wrong. I get the now and then name but sometimes people push it too far. And it happens on here. It doesnt matter if this is a game or in real life. its not ok and if we send the message that bullies will not be tolerated then it will stop. Being an online bully is just as bad.
