I sublet my apartment to a girl back in January but left some furnitures for my old roommates cuz i felt bad and like 98% of the furniture at that house were mine. Now, they wont let me go back inside the house to grab it back -- cuz the lease expires tomorrow -- I have tried to contact them by text, call, email and they are just ignoring the messages. What do I do? do i still have the right to be in that house considering i sublet it to someone?
Also, they wanna use our deposit money to pay for the cleaning and damage but like, 3 of us moved out and she is the only one there, shouldn't she pay it with the current people living there and not take the deposit money to pay for that?
