Father Jimenez looks around him, trying to decide who to shoot. Alison charges at him, no longer being able to contain her anger. The Father gets enough time to fire the gun and it grazes Alison in the shoulder, sending her to the ground. She holds her arm and she yells out in pain as the Father watches, astonished he was able to fend off one of his attackers.
His astonishment is short lived as Colby tackles him to the ground. They get into a brawl and Cody ends up on top of Father Jimenez. Father Jimenez holds his hands up pleadingly and he whimpers, his confidence having fully been wavered as it is now he the one who is at the mercy of another.
Father Jimenez:Please. I did what I had to do, I had no choice!
Colby starts to punch him over and over again in the face. Father Jimenez's arms flail about in the air as he tries to defend himself, but with each punch he gets weaker and weaker until eventually he has fully given up. Jean watches with an uncomfortable look on his face.
Jean:Colby that's enough...
Colby keeps going as he lets out all of his anger. He grabs Father Jimenez's head and he smashes it into the ground before punching him some more. Jean grabs Colby and gets him off, to which Colby fights.
Colby:Let go of me!
Jean:Enough! He's dead...! I think!
Jean looks over to see John's son slit the throat of Father Jimenez and Jean sighs.
Jean:Ok now he's dead...
Alison gets back up and she holds her shoulder as she looks at the corpse of The Father.
Alison:We did it..he's finally dead..
John's son finally speaks up.
John's Son:I am sorry that this happened to you. With him dead and the Church destroyed, hopefully there is no more evil on this Island.
They all turn to Imani as they hear her cry out in pain. Jean walks over to her and he picks her up. She wraps her arms around her neck as he holds her.
Jean:She needs help..!
All of a sudden they hear a horn and John's son sighs.
John's Son:Go..I will make sure they don't start doing this again. Go back to your homes..
Colby leads the way back to the beach and Taylor's face lights up as she watches her friends appear on the beach. Taylor is standing on the edge of the beach with Joseph. Joseph signals to other crewmembers and two of them take Imani from Jean, who resists at first.
Jean:Please make sure she's ok..
Joseph watches them take her way and he nods.
Joseph:There is a medical bay on the ship. She should be fine...
A ramp lowers from the side and Joseph leads the remaining survivors onto it. Jean, Colby, and Alison all watch the beach and Jean sighs.
Jean:I have to buy a new camera...
Colby chuckles and he pats him on the back.
Colby:I'll help you buy another one..the important thing is that we will all live to see tomorrow...
Jean nods thoughtfully and his face suddenly turns from relieved to horrified.
Jean:Wait, where is Savanna?
~END SCENE~
Savanna's body lay in front of the Hotel with a bullet hole in her neck. Standing in front of her is the little boy that had killed Jack, with a giant grin on his little face.

~1 MONTH LATER~
Taylor, Jean, Imani, Alison, and Colby are all sitting in a booth at a local Diner. Imani and Jean are sitting next to each other and Jean has his arm wrapped around the back of Imani's neck. Colby and Alison are sitting next to each other and although no physical contact is made, their eyes tell what their bodies do not. Taylor is at the end, having brought over a chair from one of the tables. On the center of the table is a photo that Jean took of all of them on the boat ride to the Island, where everyone looked excited for the week that never was.
Jean smiles sadly as he looks at it before pushing it to Alison.
Jean:Here, I want you to have it...
Alison looks at him curiously as she holds the photo.
Alison:Why me?
Jean:It was the last picture of Alex alive. He was happy, we all were. We thought this week was going to change our lives forever and I guess it did, but not in the way that we had hoped. This is how you'll want to remember him. How we want to remember all of them..
Colby frowns when he sees Savanna
Colby:I want to say that we are the lucky ones, but that just doesn't feel right...
Taylor looks at them and she smiles sadly.
Taylor:We did it...we escaped Abbiens Isle...

Really great story. Kept me at the edge of my seat until the very end. Makes me sad that some really important characters dies in such lackluster ways, but you really made me care about the characters. Keep writing! You're really talented :)
Imani is alive?? I am kinda shook! I expected more intense final fight not gonna lie. Also what was the book that Jean found about? I am glad that Savannah got what she deserved. Seeing Alison surviving the Abbiens Isle makes me really happy!
