but it's lowkey weird how a PM can just call an election whenever they feel like it

how is that even fair? Canada is supposed to be all about fairness and equity, no? :P

Unfortunately we've had a female prime minister  coreyants who had to take over after a massive scandal, so it's not really something that's really pushed for here
