And honestly I'm sick of it. I think I eat more carbs than when I ate meat. IDK if I should go back to eating meat. I'm honestly more in it for the animal rights, but I really miss craving certain food(s). Opinions?

i care more about the lives of animals than ur carbs
I’ve been vegetarian for 4 years and yes I did also feel a bit like that after a year or so but I persevered because not harming animals is more important to me. Sounds like it is important to you too. I am going vegan this weekend once my shopping arrives. You can make great meals which are low carb or wholemeal, just takes some googling which I’ve found out recently.
Stick at it!
I started in May so not long ago (you actually commented on my blog asking for opinions to start)
There's a lot of carb alternatives or low fat ones that taste really good, I love Udon noodles and tbh I eat a lot more protein than carbs. Tofu, Quorn meat etc. Maybe make a list of what you're craving and work out what you really might be, it might be certain spices or seasonings.
For me it was texture of beef but I found this place that does really thick Veggie burgers than the smaller ones. I say don't give up on it, just work out what you're missing and inco-operate it
