Minie, I don't understand your point here. Sure there are some Brazilians who find loopholes with things, but that isn't the topic at hand, and I know plenty of Brazilians who don't "subtly break rules" as well. The entire point is don't blame an entire community for the actions of 5 people.

im talking about people who break black and white rules coming here and say things like 'oh but Americans ruins charities too' and my key word is 'some' hun just as it was for you so idk why you are acting like i generalized.
