I trained all of my pokemon to level 10 and caught a weedle in viridian forest who I named Sting. I was very pissed because the next pokemon I found was pikachu, but I couldn't catch it. I trained my weedle up to level 10 also, where it managed to evolve into a beedrill. I then miraculously made it through viridian forest in a single run, without ever getting poisoned. Next I will be facing the pewter city gym
