Long answer is not really. The best they could do would be to file an injunction, meaning a court says he cannot do that.
It would be incredibly difficult for Best Buy to prove that they lost money or business due to his use of their name, so realistically they wouldn’t waste their time. The Best Buy technology store has nothing to do with the shops on tengaged, so they can coexist concurrently. That’s like how Dove soap and Dove chocolate coexist—they have nothing to do with one another.
