Is so fucking real tonight. Just having the feelings of dread anytime I have to count carbs, watch my blood sugars like a hawk, feeling like absolute garbage every five seconds. I feel frustrated, sad, tired, oh so FREAKING tired, just generally pissed off that i can鈥檛 even go for a walk without thinking of the consequences of my actions. (Woo my therapist will be earning her paycheck when I see her tomorrow)
