But i was in a really dark place earlier today, i was scratching myself to the point where i was bleeding, and seriously thought about ending my life. I posted on facebook a picture of me crying and that i really felt like dying even though i dident want too. Idk i had nobody, so i just felt like posting it. I got so much love and support and my old friends reached out to me and asked if i wanted to hang out and such. Idk if it was the right thing to do to reach out on facebook with my 300 friends that im suicidal, but for some reason i felt better.

What rachel said, theres a lot of people who support you and are willing to help but they just don't realize that youre looking for it. Always better to reach out and let someone know when youre feeling down
