1. Would she technically be a rock draw victim? Technically could you say there was a tie between Sara, Tai, and Aubry with 0 votes? This season there was no revote after a tie, and with Brad and Troy also immune Cirie would have had to draw the only rock.

2. Because there were no votes that counted would everyone had to have voted again but Cirie was the only one eligible. In that case the vote couldn't have happened. Cirie couldn't vote for Aubry, Sarah, Tai, Troyzan, or Brad. It's against the rules to vote for yourself, so Cirie could not have cast a vote and the vote couldn't have happened.
