I took my beats earphones for repair on Monday and was told a new pair would be ready to pick up on Friday.
Friday comes and they are not ready; advise me until Sunday.
Sunday comes and they are yet again not ready and tell me for Monday they will be ready.
Monday arrives and nothing.

For my mac my charger started turning yellow, so I googled why and a verified answer on Apples website said its a symptom of overheating and could be potentially dangerous and needs to be replaced. So I took it into the store and talked to one of their people, showed them what I said online and they basically told me it was only a cosmetic problem and I was stupid and it's basic chemistry that its just chemicals or some shit making it turn yellow and they refused to replace it even though I had, and still have, apple care. Which is fine if its true I don't care if it is just a natural reaction, but when something is on their website I feel like it should be honored and the guy I spoke to was just really condescending and rude about it. I forgot to call corporate, a shame, I should do that sometime. Apple honestly has terrible service, it's a shame how popular they are.
