I had my first sleep paralysis/night terror last night in over years and I'm traumatized
I had forgotten how that felt it was the worst I legit could feel magnitude/force on top of my body even tho my eyes and hands weren't actually moving
That's what I get for accidentally sleeping on my back D;

Those are extremely freaky. They've only happened to me once, maybe only a few minutes, but it felt like an eternity.
