KC’s Takesies : the beginning 3 songs, and the final track? masterpieces. like TRIPS, journeys, everything. i LOVE this album, and this Rina girl is officially ON my radar. She snapped. The middle tracks had highs and lows, some songs definitely standout more than others, but overall? i will be relistening to this album a lot. She’s standing out and doing things the other girls aren’t these days. This album gets a KC Gold Star™️.
zu's reviu: what a dynamic album! this piece has the distinction of keeping me interested from track to track. it seemed to be like she was picking a random genre to do for each song after the next! what really surprised me about this album--as this is my first venture with miss rona sawayama--is that the strong point of it was the VOCALS! her voice is powerful and heavenly. she could be singing something on the same level of childishness as ye's "whoopity scoop whoopdy poopdy scoop" and id still be vibing. EXCELLENCE!
