kc’s takesies : well i didn’t like that very much at all! i know there are some people who can actually listen to this man, and all his albums, and actually enjoy it... and i respect it, i do, like if this is your thing... good on you, i guess! i will just never understand it. he will never be for me. like, we may be in a pandemic, and i’m going to be forced into social distancing for my 20th birthday, but having to listen to this album still is the worst thing that’s happened to me this entire month.
zu's reviu: this album was okay. what i liked a lot was the production on it, and i like how he seamlessly fuses rap and retro pop sounds between each song and keeping the feel of the album, like, cohesive. however, i will say the vocals were quite drab. he's just not a super great singer and it shows. as for the lyrics i cant say they were trash, because sometimes he does say things that are really edgy (in a good way) and cut me deep some sort of way, but it is kind of obnoxious reading his stans' comments quoting every single one of his mostly-okay lyrics as if he's the second coming of william wordsworth. overall id say this album was not too shabby! also, i hope he's okay...
