If someone were to post a picture of a person as a full avatar to the design labs. Do I have to get permission from them to post that same picture as a full avatar myself.
For example. If I posted gagaluv’s Taylor Hale full avatar in for auctions, does she have the right to say a picture of someone else is her design? Or am I able to use it?
I feel like pictures of Famous people should be public domain. Idk what the rules on this are though?

I feel like u should be able to use that image as ur own design but to make a full avi u have to erase part of the picture so u would have to do that for it to be your design and not hers
