Why did both .br and .es get to ban people for speaking english, but WE'RE "xenophobic" for voting their premades out of games?

the Brazilians who are here are not to blame for the decision of the moderators there: ~ this does not negate the xenophobic attitudes that exist here and are VERY clear.

um? .es NEVER banned anyone for speaking english. Even english speakers had their own games .

Maybe some mod banned some cheating .comer and he said "I got banned for speaking english lul" but that wasnt agaisnt the rules. Or maybe some corrupt mod banned some .comer for personal reasons, but again, not just because "speaing english".
