My real diet (99% of the time)
- yes Im a swimmer so yes I avoid what I eat lol
I cook breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner
Breakfast: always a smoothie something light because I usually don't have an apatite in the morning so this gets the job done
Lunch: some options I have: avocado toast, salad (with good veggies not gross ones), tortilla with chicken mixed with pepper and tomatoes and some guacamole, scrambled eggs with a bunch of veggies and turkey bacon
Dinner: a lot of the time some sort of soup, some type of protein, and some sort of side like cualoweflower rice, veggies, buckwheat,
Desert: some fruit
