This one time I was walking with my friends and we noticed this guy flashing us from his downstairs window. All I saw was a big bush and a little dick but my friends screamed so we ran away together. Shortly after I convinced them we needed to go back just to make sure we saw what we saw, sure enough, he was there flashing us again!
We told some adults and idk if it was ever dealt with because as weeks went on I heard stories from others that this guy as doing this. Hes not around anymore tho and this was years ago when I was a young teenager but still I am clearly traumatized from it since I feel the need to bring it up now for the first time ever.
