living on the reservation (rez) I always dreamed of moving to the city on my own. Can you imagine what a city would look like to a little girl who only grew up in the back woods in a small trailer? I imagined a city so big you could look up and buildings would be touching the sky.
I am so proud and happy for myself for getting out of that awful place. Now I find myself exactly where I want to be, independent and thriving.
