What is the difference between the verbs "to eat" and "eating"? :/

Example: She likes to eat pizza.
OR
She likes eating pizza?

She's eating pizza

She's to eat pizza

'to eat' is the infinitive form of the verb and so states that she likes to do that action, whereas 'eating' is present progressive which indicates that the action is ongoing so she is eating pizza at the moment.
