Figure out the exact formula to win POV in Rookies? Is it given randomly to one of the Top 3 most active players of previous day?

galaxies if it was final 5 you were probably in the top 3 and the bottom 3 at the same time so thts why we think u couldve won pov and been algoed simultaneously

Could it be that it gets given randomly to one of the TOP 4/5 most active? instead of Top 3? That could explain why Galaxies got it.

I remember sharing with Kindred7 that I always thought algo gave Veto to one of the top 3 most active users each round. Cause there have been some days in rookies where I felt like the user that got Veto wasn’t even super active :S I really have no clue though that’s just my theory
