to speed up videos on Paramount Plus?? PLS SOMEONE HELP

-- i even downloaded a chrome video play extension and it seems paramount plus doesnt allow for even those to work

I sadly just deal with the lame lag with paramount as not familiar with how to really beat it myself. I think their platform is just built poorly compared to Netflix etc.
