walkerbait27 people post for 1 t$ because they are trying to gift a certain amount of people cheaply and quickly. Generally they have 5-6 people gifting for them, who are ready to gift, and extremely fast, the second the shop owner posts the design. there is no rule saying you can't buy designs the owner intended to gift, just half this site is gonna say you "stole" a gift, when it was posted for the public. you may get hate for it, but generally the only people who hold a grudge against it are the bitter 10 year olds who need everything in life to go by their standards.
you're free to buy 1 t$ designs....just its hard to do unless you stalk shops 24/7 for the rest of your life.
