FromAWindow - Kelly Clarkson (Breakaway)
   - this is a good song lyrically and kelly has a great voice but this is a song whose music i feel is almost overpowering of the vocals.

(The Way you make me Feel)
- What’s there not to like from the King of Pop himself? He is a mastered level artist when it comes to portraying emotions in a song. This a great high for building relationships. It had lyrical meaning and provided great backing vocals by none other than himself. It was entertaining and had a dynamic studio beat.

tbrown_47 - Paramore (Turn it Off)
    - i like the lyrics but i think this sound is very similar to their other music. like yes its distinctly theirs but it would be nice to have it stand out more

(Symphony)
- I loved this song. It fits like a glove. John Mayer also slaying on the guitar made this song such a vibe. This songs just screams protest to me & it is so fitting for current times. The words are powerful and all of the different emotions that it makes you feel have depth. It’s a song to make your voice be heard.

smi9127 - Loote ft gnash (85%)
     - I definitely liked the production/sound of most of this song and the way their voices went together from about 1:40-2:05 was beautiful. I'm honestly not sure how I feel about the lyrics but I get & like the message so it works.

(Walk the moon)
-Ive never heard of this song before but I like you’re bringing something unique to the competition. It definitely seems like a party song and it got me off of my feet and moving, so kudos. Also, the drummer was spectacular in this song. I’m usually annoyed with techno songs but this one wasn’t overpowering and i enjoyed it.

boysofsummer2005 - Boosie Badazz (Cancer)
     - i understand the motivation behind this song choice and the connection there. i'm personally not a fan of the style but the message is powerful.

(Sweet Victory)
-I love the direction you’re going in this competition genre wise. This songs brings about good encouragement to keep going for those who are really out here living it. I like the incorporation of referencing the thorny crown, the laying on the cross etc, which is reminiscent of the punishment that Jehovah endured for all us. He never said no and didn’t allow us to suffer, and I think that speaks volume with those who set out to build a deeper relationship with Christ. I also enjoyed that you used the artist personal battle as your own fight song testimony, well done.

StraightLoonie - Red Hot Chili Peppers (Under the Bridge)
     - I think the song picks up and delivers stronger production and lyrics around the chorus and bridge but I think it is weaker outside of the chorus/bridge.

(Pursuit of happiness)
-This song is definitely one of those all nighter songs that you just vibe out to and leave your problems at the door. This was also a good stepping stone song for you as mentioned starting a new journey in life, & continuing to purse your dreams. I like the slow motion illusion of the song and how the lyrics drag out in the exact same manner. It seems like you have time to chase dreams and not always have to be in a rush.

Becksta20 - P!nk (Who Knew)
      - I think there were a couple weird lyrical choices like the sounds and the punch them out line but overall this song was really powerful and it did hit me in the feels a bit, and I liked the more emotional delivery towards the end.

(This is Me)
- I love the Greatest Showman and this song is so iconic to let you know when others don’t believe in you, to never give up. I like how you incorporated your life’s upbringing and how you’re raising your daughters in the same manner, great motherly traits. The lyrics are a staple for anyone who has been bullied , have anxiety, depression, or paranoia in fear of how they’re perceived. I love the Melo-dramatic intro that builds into a powerful protest of rising up.

Voila - Jimmy Eat World (The Middle)
      - I like his voice and it's a nice song to jam to. We all need those songs to keep us going.

(Vogue)
-This was an interesting choice and I’m really captivated by the type of music we’re going to expect from you in this competition. This song may not be my favorite from madonna but you did capture the essence of the creativity and stepping outside of the norm. The message in the song for me is to be accepting of all backgrounds and lifestyles, and it did make me groove so good job.

lukesurvives - Rihanna (Stay)
      - Rihanna has a soothing voice and this song definitely benefits from that. I honestly wish it brought a little more emotion but I understand the sentiment attached, I like the bridge a lot.

(Friends forever)
-This one left me a bit perplexed in the initial intro due to the well known graduation ceremonial song, I didn’t know where it was going. However, this artist proved to be a lyrical genius providing us with a great message and a tone full of melancholy leading to sweet melodies of continuous friendships beyond this platform. It’s a great reminder song that friendships last forever and they will be the ones by your side when you stumble through life’s endeavors.

Mrkk - Adele (Make You Feel My Love)
      - Very intersting! I don't think I'm really familiar with any of her like early work which I believe this is so that was cool to see. It was a pretty, soft song and I like the message.

(Euphoria)
-first thought,Eurovision, and I’m sure I’m right. Ive never heard of Loren but I love how her strong powerful vocals and breathing control between lyrics. This song is a perfect hype song. The lyrics were deep and meaningful, which i appreciate for hitting straight to the soul. It’s also one of the most optimistic  songs I've ever heard.

@konohavillage1 - Birdy (Skinny Love)
       - I loveee the piano in this and I think she has a great voice. I think the lyrics are strong, you mention it being a cover which is interesting, I didn't look up the original because I didn't want my opinion being influenced.

(Me & those dreamin eyes)
-I love D’Angelo and this brown sugar track. He is such an underrated artist. He is crazy talented musically and even play all instruments on this entire album, sickening. He reminds me of an urban version of prince. He embodies an era of black art. I agree that this could be a ride along song to hold hands with your significant other while bobbing down the road. This songs also gives you different ways to express oneself, its so diverse in that matter.

CarolinaSteele - Control (for King & Country)
       - I feel this oneee. I love the lyrics I love how almost..relaxing it is like letting you know it's okay to give up control, so I'm a big fan of its production too.

(Live it well)
-this song was very encouraging and uplifting. The lyrics stop and makes you question your purpose in life, and I like that you correlated it to how you’re moving through life at the moment. I do appreciate a good hard rock song from time to time that you can also decipher the message behind the lyrics. The build up from the band was awesome. His vocal ability is crazy,   It just elevated throughout the song. It was gritty, dark, and empowering. It was great.

cheritaisdelicious - Bright Eyes (Drunk kid catholic)
       - I unfortunately couldn't form too many opinions on it because I felt like the music really drowned out the lyrics and I was unable to process what they were until closer to the end, and I was a little confused about the message. It doesn't have a bad sound to it or anything it's just a little overwhelming and the message of the song was unclear.

(I’m Ready)
-I like that you chose a different route from others with your song choice. The track was very reminiscent of “making my way down town.” I like the line about the gripping wheel and everyone singing along to your life song, powerful. My favorite parts of this songs were the monologues. It was a encouraging song to help motivate someone to do more with their lives and not just become complacent.

abstractjay - Pentatonix (When The Party's Over)
        - I like Pentatonix a lot and I think they have a great set of voices that all come together so well. I would've liked a little more of the energy they had around 2:30-2:35 but at the same time it's not quite a song with that much energy. I do generally like the song a lot and I'd say generally it's rare for me to find covers that I enjoy unless I don't know it's a cover or I already like the artist(s) covering.

(Hey Ma, look I made it)
-Ive spoken to you before about the pressures and stressors you have from your parents to excel scholastically, & I think this song speaks volumes to the triumphant moments you’ve had and will continue to have on along the way. This song not only makes yourself proud but your parents as well. This song reminds you that it takes discipline and determination to get where you want to in life and to remind you that no hard work is in vain. This song is also a slap in the face to any doubters along the way, or people with mental illness or disorders across the spectrum that have struggled with excelling in anything. It was refreshing and I can relate to this.

kevrev4 - Cyndi Lauper (True Colors)
         - I do like the message and lyrics, I'm not sure I like the sound outside of the chorus though.

(I wanna dance with someone)
- A classic, a staple across the world, a dynamic vocalist, a great get off your feet and dance song, not much more needed to add! This song transcends through time and I appreciate you for choosing a song from a different era, it lets us know how sporadic your music submissions will be and I love it.

Yawnha - Lewis Capaldi (Before You Go)
         - This is a powerful song and I think it's great in all areas, I'm not sure why you didn't submit an explanation though.

(Set Me Free)
-YES EDENE! She came through with this Eurovision song. She’s like a little pop diva and I love that for her. The song grew on me and by the end was the bomb, lots of energy, hot hot hot. I love the hook & the track, it provided an interesting mesh. Her vocals were out of this world towards this end especially that whistle note that not too many artist can do, most know are Mariah and Ariana Grande. It gave those vibes so good choice.

hayden9102 - Rag'n'Bone Man (Skin)
         - Okayyy my initial thoughts were boom that voice is strong. The lyrics delivered and I don't know how to explain it but the production of the chorus especially DELIVERED.

(Troublemaker)
-Flo rida was the perfect addition to this song his lyrics just flows so well. I also could tell this was a maroon 5 production by the track and they’re one of my favorite groups of the past. It’s an underrated song I think because only has a unique sound and can do so many different things with his voice, he’s so good. This song is also good for those with anger issues who are misunderstood and labeled as a troublemaker. It gives insight to their lives.

NO ONE WILL BE ELIMINATED OR RANKED DUE TO NON SUBMISSIONS
