i literally have no life and love talking about stars on tengaged.com so i decided i'm gonna make a blog series talking about my experience in every single stars game i've played. obviously some will be more exciting than others, seeing as i have varied placements/memories of each game, but i think this will be a lot of fun if u wanna be tagged just say so and i'll tag u in future blogs. (aka if u comment at all im gonna start tagging u)
so this stars i won the raffle to get into, and it was may 2015 so i believe i was 14 so at least i was old enough to be on the website this time and actually had the ability to form some sort of strategic thoughts in my mind.
when the game started, i immediately recognized 3 people. i knew i could work with Lotus because of our friendship we had formed from our first stars, and shawnpat7 & i were friends as well. however, Kentuckyy was once again here and we weren't friends due to our issues in my previous stars. also some context, #Internet was a multi of Electric i believe and got banned day 1 so right off the bat there were only 15 of us.
gotta be honest, other than the 2 i mentioned before i have absolutely no fucking idea who i worked with throughout the game. this stars was incredibly strange as every single person went up before a single renom happened, so i don't think very many people were loyal to each other to make "sides" or anything. (but like i was the last non banned person to be unnommed so i was a 15 year old strategic icon)
however, i can tell you who i didn't get along with! i know me and BlueBarracuda were against each other, as were me and Sebbers which is funny because me and sebastian are besties now. i know i was also working with #EyooMarcus for a while but i nommed him for 10th against brosky17. he got me up the next day but i was like whatever i'm staying and he isn't, and then i got my set for 8th up.
but marcus staying really fucked me because i don't think brosky was coming for me, but with bluebarracuda/sebastian/marcus all coming for me they only needed to pull a few more numbers to get me and shawnpat up together.
me and shawn, especially at the time, had very similar friend groups on the site and i think most of them sided with him in the poll so i barely got evicted but then my top 2 supports/friends made it to the final 3 and got 1st and 2nd so i was super proud of them and happy for them!
overall another fun stars experience that only made me more excited to level up and be able to enroll whenever i wanted to! i was the last unnommed for the first time which WILL become a trend later on i promise. this was the first stars where i actually thought for myself and i was very happy with how i played.
That was a fun game but I forget the details. I loved getting to play with Sebbers and totally forgot Kentuckyy was in the game too! We both lost to Seb, who I always looked up to as a stars player, so I am good with that. I enjoyed playing with you, even if our plans did not align that game.
