So I have this inspection tomorrow at work, and it kinda sucks because I've only been there for less than 2 months. The guys who apparently used to do them last year got fired and now they have someone from our head office, which is in Kansas, coming all the way to our store in Canada to do this inspection. I am sooo nervous!! They have all these crazy specs that we have to follow, and I'm still learning the menu!! :S
