Aww, that's really fucked up. I'm sorry :( People who haven't personally dealt with mental illness have a hard time conceptualizing the impacts it can have.
Get a new job. I can see why it would be okay to to call someone neurotic, I get it all the time. But coming from someone with bad anxiety and panic attacks, I'd be furious if someone started mocking that. It's not okay to make fun of those kind of things.
I relate to this on so many levels cuz I struggle with them too. Eat advice I can give is to say fuck them. People make fun of others to make themselves feel better about their insecurities, but all that matters is that you love you and your real friends will stand by it.
I relate to this a lot. STruggle really bad with anxiety and panic attacks on a daily basis. The sad fact is even the people we love and who love us likely will say these mean things behind our backs. Humans are just mean.
