It was my first plush doll thing I bought at Walmart when I was like 7 (before I even played pokemon), and then ever since then it was my favorite pokemon.
I also am very biased to my Chimchar. ( It was my first starter pokemon that got me through some tough battles as a kid. )
Feeling very nostalgic, I cannot wait for the sinnoh remake.
