Sam led herself to victory becoming the first Head of Household. At the first nomination ceremony, she put up two males; Marcus and Leon. With Claudette, Ellis, and Alyx playing in the veto along with the hoh and his fellow nominee, Leon won the Power of Veto. He saved himself, and Sam was pushed to put up Cortana.
