When I worked in a grocery store I found out that if the produce manager runs out of organic fruit and veggies they will place regular produce in the organic section and put organic stickers on them so there isn't an empty spot visible to customers.
They care more about looking full than being honest about what's missing.
To drink peppermint tea or ginger tea for their stomach and digestion issues but they refuse and just drink ginger ale (that mess don't even have ginger in it) or take the same medicines that barely work.
