your senators and representatives and local officials are on the ballot and there are probably constitutional amendments for your state to vote on (like weed legalization or govt spending programs etc)

True but in California atleast it was on the ballot to recall the judge that gave Brock turner such a short sentence. In those cases I support it being on the ballot tbh heyitsmaggee
