I want to make a bagel breakfast sandwich with a fried egg and bacon. What do I use as a condiment to keep it from being dry? Cream cheese? Mayo? Jelly??

At McDonald's, we use mayo on stuff like that, Timster. You can also just try butter. I wouldn't do jelly or cream cheese though. Those doesn't sound like they would be good with the rest.
