To TRAIN MY BODY TO TAKE A SHIT AN HOUR BEFORE I LEAVE FOR WORK AND EVER SINCE THANKSGIVING IT GOT THROWN OFF AND WANTS TO SHIT HALF WAY INTO WORK AND IN GASSY ALL DAMN DAY. SHIT!!!!!!!!
