In NOVEMBER I sent in my sample. 8 weeks later I was notified my sample failed and I got sent another package for me + a free one for someone else.
I sent this package in early March. Today I received an email............
MY SAMPLE FAILED AGAIN :). They are issuing me a refund and I am basically BANNED from ever sending in another sample and I have to agree to never submit to 23&me again and if I do I won't get a refund if it fails a 3rd time.
