California is the most progressive state ever

I wish every state had a government like them. The USA would be so much better.

I just read that they are now the first state to require pet stores to sell only rescue animals.

And they are doing free community college for the first year.

Didn't they also get rid of plastic bags in grocery stores?

Damn, they are not afraid of change. Too bad it's overly popular & set on fire half the time or else I'd want to move there.
