You should also try writing a note and sticking it where you think the spirit is.
most people are scared of going in there alone so travel in a small group.
Don't use the ouji board or whatever because that will make it worse.
I believe prayer is a strong one :)
I think praying to God is the only that can help you because before I also saw that stuffs and now I feel comfortable... Because I know God is there to help me always... :)
same thing with my house! ive lived in my house for like 8 years and my parents built it so were the first owners but like over the years, small stuff has happened like hearing voices or seeing shadowy figures!
OK BUT THIS HAPPENED A FEW DAYS AGO!
so its like 2 am, and i go downstairs into my kitchen. their are 2 lights in my kitchen, one on the far wall and one when u enter. we usu turn the far one on and never use the close one cuz its a bigger light. anyway so i walked in and was like ill just turn the far one on and i walked like 2 feet into my kitchen (its dark cuz its 2 am and i didnt turn the light on), anyway so i walk 2 feet in and i see a figure standing like in the middle of the my kitchen, at first i saw it but it didnt hit me till like a second later and i was like wait wtf? so i ran to the first light and turned it on and i swear i saw the shadow figure like fly out of their instantly.
when i first got into the kitchen and saw it, my first thought was it was a murderer/robber that snuck in. i couldnt really see any features just like a shadow figure standing! anyway so i looked around in the hallway to see if maybe it was a robber/killer but theirs no way they coulda ran that fast.
and i always get random bursts of energy go through me when im sleeping. it feels like i literally fell off the bed (like u know how u fall off the sudden feeling of falling) thats how it usu feels for me.
omg piddu:L i know what you feel about the energy except i went to turn my ipod my on and sat up in bed and i felt this energy go through me and all my muscles tensed it was horrible:L
my house has only had one previous owner but some people say its down to what happened on the land centuries ago and stuff:x
