Why do people act like caring about getting evicted/lied to in a game is "taking a game too seriously"? For me, the point of a game is to try to place as high as possible, therefore of course if I'm eliminated when I didn't want to be, I'm going to care.
When people put time and effort into something, it's natural for them to care about the outcome.
That doesn't mean that I would personally attack anyone or make it about more than a game, but if you don't care about surviving evictions, then it's not really a big brother or survivor game and it's just fucking around and chatting with people. I'm not going to judge anyone if they don't take games seriously, but I don't think it's fair to tell someone they're taking a game TOO seriously if they care about the rank that they get. They're taking it just the right amount of serious! All it means is that they want to actually play the game.
